Deposit & Refund Policy
All deposits collected at L’Aura Aesthetics are non-refundable. However, any deposit paid will be fully applied toward your procedure or treatment as long as the appointment is booked and completed within 30 days of the original deposit date.
All elective aesthetic procedures and treatments are non-refundable once performed. Medical aesthetics outcomes vary, and payment is for the provider’s time, expertise, and materials, not for a guaranteed cosmetic result.
Refunds will only be considered in the rare circumstance of a documented medical complication directly related to the treatment performed. In such cases, L’Aura Aesthetics reserves the right to determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate based on clinical judgment, documentation, and the nature of the complication.
By scheduling an appointment, the patient acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.
Cancellation/ No Show Policy
At L’Aura Aesthetics, all appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or modify an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in a $100 cancellation or no-show fee. Patients may reschedule on the same day without penalty as long as the new appointment is booked for another date at the time of the request. A valid card is required to remain on file, and all fees will be charged automatically. This policy protects the time, resources, and clinical schedule of our practice and ensures fairness to all patients.
